We, (Emma, Sam and Melissa), have 1 downstairs bedrooms or 1 upstairs bedroom both around 100sq ft  available in our lovely 2 story home to share with the right person(s). 

Ammenities:  
-Some basement space available for storage
-Large living and kitchen space with high ceilings and lots of houseplants and art
-Possible shared use of a ceramic studio in basement
-Possible additional art studio nearby with Equinox
-Shared patio area and raised garden beds in the back which are ready for plants
-Fire pits in BOTH the front and back of the house
-Washer and Dryer
-4 bathrooms- 2 full, 2 half, one with a shower and one with a claw foot tub
-Creative community of Equinox tenants with 4 art studios in the back yard and next door to another Equinox Outpost.
-Opportunity for your rent to go towards a future vision of affordable housing and work space for Georgetown  as the property is part of the Georgetown Community Development project.


Rent:  $675
Includes all expenses (utilities, heat, internet, and our monthly contribution to Real Rent Duwamish).  Ideal move would be after 4/15/22.  There is also another smaller room upstairs so there could be the potential for 2 people or adding a room as an art studio space (and increasing the rent number).

This is our baseline housemate criteria:
-interested in and good at communicating
-interested in sharing the responsibility of cleaning communal spaces each week (vacuum, take out trash, etc)
-does dishes in a timely manner and most often within 24hrs
-have worked on and are willing to work toward understanding and dismantling our culture's history of dominance and white supremacy 
-interested in making house agreements and are interested in having ongoing discussions around safety as our world situation evolves -esp around covid or similar circumstances
-preference to no pets
-preference to someone(s) who identify as or are supportive of artists, artisans, or creative thinking people
-preference to people involved in or interested in the Duwamish valley area and/or Equinox community
